Today, the work continues in a more focused form.
I now support pilots and aircraft owners through instruction, consulting, and operational experience, bringing a background in training, small business operations, and real-world flying into each engagement.

Hi, I’m Jamaica. I’m a Flight Instructor and founder of Pacific Sky Aviation here in San Luis Obispo. My aviation journey began working at ACI jet as a CSR. After a a discovery flight I received as a gift, I instantly fell in love. Since then, I’ve built over 1500 flight hours, taught at a busy flight school, built a career spanning both aviation and tech, and earned my degree from UCLA - milestones that shaped how I teach and ultimately inspired me to launch Pacific Sky Aviation.
As a first-generation pilot, I know what it’s like to start with zero knowledge, and I love helping students feel safe, confident, and excited to fly. When I’m not in the cockpit, you’ll usually find me playing guitar, riding horses, or enjoying the Central Coast outdoors. Whether you’re beginning your first lesson or returning to the skies, I’d love to help guide your journey.
$90/hr flight instruction, 90$/hr ground instruction/consulting
