CFI/CFII – SAN LUIS OBISPO (KSBP)

Pacific Sky Aviation LLC is a small but growing flight school based at KSBP in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA. We’re looking for a professional, safety-minded CFI (CFII preferred) to join the team and help shape great pilots.

We operate a clean, reliable Cessna 172P with Garmin GNS355, new paint/interior, modern dispatch and billing systems (FSP), and maintain a respectful, student-centered culture. This role is ideal for a local instructor ready to fly 30–50+ hours/month and grow with a student-centered operation.

Perks:

• Net pay: $50–$65/hr as a 1099 contractor

  • You bill $75–$90/hr; we retain $25/hr for aircraft ops

  • Off-site ground instruction? 100% yours
