Jeff's Discovery Flight
Taking the controls over the central coast skies at sunset

Jeff completed his discovery flight in the middle of california winter season, during golden-hour.
A self-proclaimed "aviation nerd," Jeff decided it was time to try his hand at the controls of a Skyhawk!
Much to his surprise, he picked it up right away; smooth control inputs, and precise application of both the throttle and rudder.
He almost instantly got the hang of straight and level, turns, climbs, and descents.
Jeff is a musician and has experience working in the Music Production world as an Audio Tech Engineer.
I always tell my students;
Musicians, Athletes, and Engineers make some of the finest pilots - and Jeff is no exception!
We watched the sun set over Morro Rock at 3000 feet, and enjoyed a beautiful dusk approach back into runway 29.
Jeff is enrolling in the Aviation Maintenance Technology program at Cuesta College in 2026, and we were thrilled that he wanted to get some time in the air and learn more about general aviation.
His passion for aviation and thirst for knowledge is contagious.
Keep flying, Jeff!
